Pain management is within your reach.
Empowered Relief™ is an evidenced-based, skills-based two-hour class where you learn about pain and what you can do to help yourself manage it. The class is designed so participants gain pain relief skills that are immediately applicable. This Stanford University- based program, developed by Beth Darnall, Ph.D., is now endorsed by many health systems internationally and supported by extensive research funded by the NIH.

You will learn how pain is processed in the brain, how best to manage it and and then you will get to create a personalized plan for long-term relief. All registered participants are encouraged to invite family members to attend the Empowered Relief™ session with them.
